Plans for the proposed redevelopment of the Somerset House (currently half-occupied) and neighbouring industrial warehouse site will be on display for public consultation this Monday between 4-8pm at Teddington Baptist Church.
Ashill Developments are proposing to redevelop the commercial buildings and replace them with 62 new homes – a mixture of houses and apartments.
Lies…. Vacant Office Building…….??????I have an office at Somerset House as do many other people who work and support this community!

Apologies Joe, ‘vacant’ is how it was reported in the press – perhaps because the most visible tenant moved out some time ago.
