Princess Anne’s visit to Park Lane Stables, Teddington

Royalty came to Teddington on Wednesday 17th February 2016 as Princess Anne opened the newly refurbished stables at Park Lane Stables.

Her Royal Highness watched a riding demonstration in Bushy Park by Riding for the Disabled before heading on to see the newly renovated stables at 11:45am. Princess Anne is known for her love of horses having previously entered the Olympic Games and is a European medal holder herself. All were invited along to Bushy Park or the stables to see the royal visit.

The Fun Factory and Teddington Essentials provided flags to wave to mark the royal occasion.

The crowds and the ponies were ready and waiting!

Quicker than you can say “More flag waving please!” Princess Anne was off to another royal engagement. What was a great turn out from Teddington locals – Princess Anne really looked to enjoy herself!
