Teddington Women to host RFU Inner Warrior Event
Teddington women are being encouraged to give rugby a try as Teddington RFC are hosting an RFU inner warrior event on September 2nd.
The event is perfect for anyone who has been curious about the sport or even anyone who wants a fun day getting some exercise in the mud!
The staff will be available to teach the basics of rugby with focus on passing, kicking and tackling along with some fitness routines.
The ladies side, based in Bushy Park have a long 30 year history where they have developed a family culture.
The fun day will be followed by a BBQ along with the opportunity to catch the current team in action as they compete in pre-season friendlies against Hammersmith and Fulham.
