Opened just before Christmas in 2004, Scarpetta has stunning decor throughout with different layouts. Their menu changes frequently in order to take advantage of seasonal flavours. Weekly specials freshly prepared dough balls for pizzas and hand-made pastas daily.

Head-chef Cristian Roncari is well-experienced and has no fear of fusing or blending different cuisines of the world with his native North Italian cooking. He spent his apprenticeship years in a number of French restaurants in Paris and 10 years exprience in running the kitchen of the well famous Caravaggio’s restaurant in the city of London, Pescatori in West End and years of exprience working as resident chef for the high society in and around Mayfair.

Scarpetta is Italian slang meaning the act of using a piece of bread to wipe-up the last bit of sauce on the dish.
