As well as all of the shops, restaurants and businesses you can see, Teddington is full of independent workers and small businesses that you won’t necessarily have seen or heard of – Teddington’s hidden workforce.
Teddnet is non-commercial and runs as a club. Members are listed for a small annual membership fee of £10, which pays for web hosting and administration. The aim is purely to use the internet to formalise and extend their existing networks.
If you need a locally recommended physio, or a graphic designer, or a web designer or some IT support or a photographer – you know where to look.

A group of nine local businesses banded together and developed a website listing their services. Teddnet launched in January 2009 and has a growing army of businesses listed on the site.
