Plan B Fitness Camps was launched in January 2010 by Chris Hipsey, a Teddington based Personal Trainer, after demand for his services increased and he realised he could get the same amazing results training group of clients together as he could training them on a 1-2-1 basis. This is due to The MEND Fitness and Fat Loss System™ that Plan B Fitness uses to get the amazing results they do. Plan B Fitness Camp now has two camps in Teddington, and venues in Twickenham and Kingston as well.

Many people ask about the name Plan B Fitness! It is a two-fold answer!

So many people try ‘diets’ and quick fixes, but the truth is health, fitness and wellbeing is a lifestyle choice not a quick fix. It is time to go back to basics and change what causes the frustrations and health problems, rather than try to fix them after they have happened! For too many people their only plan is completely unplanned and too random to get long-term results. If this is you… its time for Plan B!

Having played county level squash and rugby for Harlequins Academy, Chris always wanted to peruse a career in Health and Fitness. However a serious injury at 18 led Chris to studying Business Studies at University and a seven year career in Investment Banking followed. However, this was short-lived as his passion was always being outdoors and in the fitness industry. Chris walked away from banking in 2008 and have never looked back! This is Chris’ Plan B!
