New classes in Teddington from September 2018.

The Lovely Wellness Company is based in Teddington and provides a selection of classes to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing. We also offer specialist classes for Pregnancy and Postnatal Wellness. Our aim is to allow you to take some time for yourself, to reconnect and relax. The classes are held in a calm, restful environment where you will feel nurtured and restored.

Unwind, De-Stress, Relax: Tuesday evenings 19.30-20.30 Pregnancy Wellness: Tuesday evenings 18.30-19.30 and Wednesday mornings 09.45-10.45am Postnatal Wellness (babies welcome): Wednesday mornings 11.00-12.00.

All classes are held at The Teddington Baptist Church in the Upper Room (direct lift access).
