PARK LANE STABLES OPEN DAY CANCELLED
The Park Lane Stables Open Day, which was due to take place this Saturday, has been cancelled, it was announced today.
In a short statement on social media platforms, founder and owner Natalie O’Rourke said: “We are sorry to say that our street party on 24th May is CANCELLED due to unforeseen circumstances.
“We will of course be rearranging so do watch this space.”
The Open Day from 1pm until 6pm was originally to mark the Stables’ return to its home in Teddington and to raise funds for the charity Riding for The Disabled Association (RDA) and Down Syndrome.
It’s understood there has been a misunderstanding involving the application for a road closure, which needs resolving over a longer period.
