TEDDINGTON’S FUN FACTORY OFFERS NEW WAY TO ORDER PARTY BALLOONS
The Fun Factory in Teddington is delighted to announce a brand new Instagram Direct Message service for ordering balloons.
It’s designed to make ordering the perfect balloons for your special occasion quicker, easier and more convenient; by saving the time of looking through the huge range in the shop, waiting for balloons to be inflated, and queuing to pay.
Simply send The Fun Factory an Instagram DM with what you’re looking for and they’ll reply within 2 hours with options and prices, you pay online… then your order will be ready to collect from the shop within 2 hours of payment. (Order by 3pm for same day collection; order after 3pm for next day collection).
If you don’t need same day or next day collection, you can specify any future date and time which is convenient to you, and your order will be ready waiting to collect then.
This is an interim service before the launch of a brand new website and online shop in August, made possible by the implementation of a new system which has digitised the entire range of over 2,500 balloons, a painstaking process which has taken over 3 months.
Currently this service is for balloon orders only, but will soon extend to cover all other party supplies such as tableware, banners, badges, cards, candles and fancy dress. That said, they are always keen to help, so if you require something else just send a message, and they will try to assist.
