TEDDINGTON LOTTERY GIVES SHEDDINGTON ‘REPAIR SHOP’ A BOOST
The local Teddington Lottery which raises money for Good Causes across the Borough has donated £500 to the brilliant SHEDDINGTON community charity project in St Mark’s Road.
SHEDDINGTON provides a vital lifeline for local people to volunteer their time working at the local version of a ‘repair shop’ mending and restoring items as well as meeting people.
Today, SHEDDINGTON volunteer Bruce told Teddington Town: “Sheddington and the whole management committee would like to thank and acknowledge the generous donation of £500 made by The Teddington Lottery Community Fund to the work that Sheddington undertakes to provide a safe space for individuals to Meet, Make, Mend and Grow together.”
