Teddington’s new estate agents Devenports opened their shiny new doors for their first day of business in the High Street today.
Their high class offices are beautifully and tastefully decorated with comfy sofas on the main floor and the basement.
The company, owned by James Cotter and Aaron Baxter, already has offices in Twickenham and Hampton and enters a competitive sector with SIX other estate agents within 100 metres.
No shiny brochures or takeaway details here as this is a strictly ‘paperless’ environment with maximum use of creative and technology to assist house hunters and sellers.
It has rebranded its website to make it more customer friendly and even teamed up with the Cafe Benedict restaurant with a promotional partnership for free lunches on Instagram.
Devenports boasts that started with a pledge to offer a ‘truly unique and ethical service that puts the customer at the forefront of everything we do.’
