The Fun Factory in Teddington is bursting with excitement to announce the launch of their brand new website and online shop! Wild Child World (www.wildchildworld.co.uk) is now the official website for The Fun Factory.
You can now order any balloon from their extensive 2,500+ range online for Collection or Local Delivery. They also offer personalised design and all variety of custom creations. In the near future the website will be expanded to include all their other party supplies, AND a nationwide delivery service.
The website offers SAME DAY COLLECTION for orders placed before 3pm, and FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for orders over £50 to selected postcodes. Delivery charges for orders under £50, and to wider postcodes in the Borough, are detailed on the website.
To celebrate the launch, they are offering 50% OFF the first 20 orders placed on the website! The discount code can be found on the home page.
Julia Lowbridge, co-owner of The Fun Factory and founder of Wild Child World, who designed and built the website, says: “The long standing values behind what’s made The Fun Factory a much loved local staple for the past 30 years are at the heart of the design and content of the website.
“We are very excited by this new chapter, and we are more committed than ever to providing the biggest and best balloon range in the Borough… and beyond! Our aim is to make finding, choosing and buying the perfect balloons as easy and convenient as possible. And of course, to continue providing the best possible customer service”.
Through the website, customers now have visibility of every balloon in stock, without having to trawl through pegs and pegs of products. The website has intentionally been designed to be super simple to navigate by the way all the different balloon ranges have been categorised and organised, and of course by the Search function.
The option of Local Delivery or Collection gives the customer added convenience, allowing them to choose the date and one hour time slot they want to receive their balloons. The Click & Collect service means you no longer need to wait around in the shop for balloons to be inflated, or to pay… you can just pop in at your selected time to pick up and go!
There’s lots of other handy content on the site, such as a balloon guide explaining all the different types of balloon and top tips for choosing and looking after your balloons, as well as beautiful creative inspiration in the Event Gallery. You can also find out more about the partnership between The Fun Factory and Wild Child World, and how it all began!

Website traffic to the previous Fun Factory website will be automatically redirected to the new Wild Child World website. The operation of The Fun Factory shop remains unchanged, and is still open 10am – 5pm, Monday – Saturday.
