The Drinks & Dice Board Game cafe in Church Road, Teddington, is up for sale, less than a year after opening, we have learned.

Owner Robin Kerrens cited ‘business and personal reasons’ for the sale, which will disappoint many of the cafe’s regular customers.

The cafe has lease until 2036 for £105.000 and the rent is £1250 per month and is advertised as ‘fully fitted’  and will include current stock.

Mr Kerrens said he wanted to take a look at ‘market conditions’ to see if a sale was possible in the uncertain economic climate.
