PHOTO SPECIAL – FROZEN BUSHY PARK TODAY

Bushy Park offered up a stunning range of picture postcard images today as temperatures plunged to -3 and various ponds and streams were frozen.
Birds including swans, gulls, coots, moorhens, Canada and Egyptian geese as well as ducks found themselves stranded on ice blocks on the Boating Lake and Heron Pond.
A brave fox cautiously took to the ice on the frozen creek near Broomwater West in Teddington and walked past the moored boats.
