NEW TAPAS-STYLE RESTAURANT AND COCKTAIL BAR FOR TEDDINGTON’S HIGH STREET

The former Italian family restaurant Cento Uno is to reopen as a new eaterie and cocktail bar called Baccaro, Teddington Town can exclusively reveal.
The Cento Uno sign was removed today and the restaurant frontage was painted in a pale sage colour.
The restaurant closed in October last year after only opening in August 2024 and replacing the fine dining restaurant One One Four, both owned and operated by local entrepreneur Sam Berry.
Redin told Teddington Town: “I had a drink in here when it was One One Four and I’ve always thought it was a fantastic venue.
”We have inherited a brilliant pizza oven but that will not be our focus. We intend to bring something very different and exciting to the High Street and we know the Teddington community is very supportive to new businesses. We are very excited about our new venture.”

The new venue will serve cocktails, pizzas and chicetti which is traditional Venetian small plates or snacks and finger food similar to Spanish tapas.
The job opportunities are:
