MASKED GANG HUNTED OVER MUGGING OF DELIVEROO CYCLIST
The gang of masked youths suspected of robbing the shop in Teddington’s High Street are also suspected of mugging a Deliveroo cyclist on the same afternoon, it has been revealed.
The incident, captured clearly on video, took place in Fairfax Road, Teddington and involved five youths on three bikes, one bright red and distinctive in appearance.
The same bike with a bright red frame can be seen clearly in the video footage from the grocery shop in the High Street.
In the short video clip a person can be heard saying “got you mate on camera, got you guys on camera, perfect, thank you.”
Teddington Town understands the incident has been reported to police.
At about 5pm on Saturday afternoon masked robbers stole vapes from the Quality Grocerers Food & Wine shop in Teddington’s High Street and joined two other cyclists to escape up Udney Park Road which is close to Fairfax Road.
