POLICE APPEAL FOR WANTED MAN
Kingston police are appealing for help to locate Karl Bruce 59, who is wanted for failing to appear at court for perverting the course of justice.
He is known to frequent the Ladbroke Grove, Isleworth and Kingston areas.
