**Window screens have been removed exposing the layout of the restaurant where the tables are laid up for opening, possibly next week**

**New restaurant specialising in Italian side dishes called cicchetti as well as pizza, pasta and cocktails**

It’s all systems go as the new Italian-themed restaurant Baccaro prepares to open on Teddington’s High Street.

Today was a training day for the new staff and bright green window screens were removed to show the stylish interior and all the tables laid up in readiness for opening day.

The menus were posted for the first time outside showing the prices of cocktails like Baccaro Spritz and Matcha Pina Calado, (£12.50) well as pasta dishes like lasagne and ravioli and pizzas such as Margarita (£12) and Emilia Romagna (£15)

Dishes known as cicchetti or Italian tapas-style dishes include, Octopus Dog, Fish Carpaccio, Mixed Fried Seafood, Beef Teriyaki skewers and Bruschettone.
