ANDY MURRAY POPS UP IN TEDDINGTON
Former Wimbledon tennis champion and Olympic gold medallist Sir Andy Murray made a surprise visit to Teddington today.
Wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans and white trainers Britains’s greatest-ever tennis player posed for a photo outside the Teddington Constitutional Club in Stanley Road with club manager John and a colleague.
We understand his unpublicised visit was linked to the filming of a commercial for a new Hylo training shoe although details were under wraps during filming.
The high-quality training shoes which can cost up to £150, have been designed by former footballer Michael Doughty.
Murray, now aged 38, has turned his hand to various lucrative investments since quitting the tennis circuit in August 2024 and appears in recent commercials including one for dog food.
Teddington Constitutional Club declined a request for comment but did confirm the club was in demand for filming and had also featured in the TV series One Day.
We also asked for a comment from Sir Andy’s representatives.
