DON’T GO BREAKING MY HEART STAR TO PERFORM IN HAMPTON HILL


Kiki Dee, perhaps best known for her singing partnership with Elton John for the track ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’ is to perform at St James’s Church, Hampton Hill on Friday, April 24, it has been announced.
‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’ was the first No. 1 single in the UK for both Elton John and Kiki Dee, topping the chart for six weeks in FIFTY YEARS ago in 1976.
Kiki, now aged 79, who was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire and at one stage sang backing vocals for Dusty Springfield, is teaming up with Italian guitarist and producer Carmelo Luggeri are for an intimate acoustic show.
The duo is known for stripped-back performances featuring Kiki’s hits and new material, often in intimate venues like churches.
