MYSTERY OF ABANDONED CAR IN BUSHY PARK

This grey Mini Cooper convertible has been dumped and abandoned in the Diana Fountain car park in Bushy Park since December.
Teddington Town understands the car is now untaxed and has no MOT and has already received one parking ticket clearly visible on the windscreen.
The car, registration number LD61 YXX, also has two distinctive bright red dice hanging from the driver’s mirror.
It has been reported to the police but the Royal Parks police was controversially disbanded back in November leaving routine police patrols to cover any park-related crime.
It is not clear whose ultimate responsibility the abandoned car is.
The diesel-powered car was manufactured in 2011 and has two doors. A discarded coke can and water bottle can be seen inside the car.
Teddington Town has requested comment from Bushy Park, The Royal Parks, the police and reported the matter to Richmond Council.
