**Kids were out in force learning to sail on the River Thames**

**Paddle-boarders took advantage of the glorious weather**

**Canoeists formed an armada near the Lensbury Club**

**Swans and cygnets nears Kingston Bridge**

**River cruise boats were back in action from Kingston**

**Tunnel vision of moored boats on the other side of the bridge**

**The river was perfect for rowers and pleasure boats**

**Stunning avenue of trees form an entrance to Bushy Park**

**The playground in Bushy Park and the ice cream kiosk were busy at 11am**

The river was alive with sailors, rowers paddle-boarders, cruise boats and the Bushy Park car parks were full at 1030am as temperatures touched 20 degrees.

Families were out early to set up picnic spots and shorts and tee-shirts were the ‘uniform’ of the day as the glorious sunshine made it the warmest day of the year so far.

With children still enjoying the half-break, the cafes in the Park were packed to the rafters while others took a leisurely stroll along the towpaths between Teddington and Kingston and Kingston and Hampton Court.
