May Contain Food May Contain You heads to Landmark Arts Centre
Join award-winning company Protein for a highly entertaining evening with friends and family at Landmark Arts Centre on Saturday 24th February.
Transforming your local venue into a restaurant, you are invited to bring a dish to share whilst you sit at decorated tables to watch, savour and digest a playful mix of dance, theatre and song that unfolds around you.
Your charming, multi-talented hosts will win your affections with dance and humorous monologues. With interludes including baking a cake and trying your luck in a raffle, this sumptuous gathering promises to make you smile and enjoy the curious relationship we all have with food.
Audiences are invited to join in by bringing homemade dishes, locally sourced, or homegrown food, to share during the performance, or donate to a local foodbank.
Harper Ray, Landmark Director said, “Protein’s show really is a unique experience. Not only does it touch on the social and cultural implications of food and our relationship with it, but it brings a sense of community for friends and family to come together to enjoy a fun night out around the theme of food, a thread which links us all.”
