NEW SIGHTING OF SEAL IN THAMES NEAR TEDDINGTON
This healthy seal was spotted yesterday by Ian Richards from Walton Marina as he delivered a new boat to a customer in Teddington.
“The weather was terrible on the river, really drizzly and miserable but suddenly we say this movement and the seal was obviously enjoying himself just diving and swimming up the river,” said Ian.
A large grey seal was seen sunbathing on a pontoon at Hampton Sailing Club in March this year and a dolphin was also seen by the Flying Cloud cafe in Teddington.
