FATALITY AT HAMPTON STATION
A un-named person has died on the tracks at Hampton railway station, British Transport police have said today. (Monday)
A spokesperson told Teddington Town: “Officers were called at around 7.30pm on Sunday 25 January to reports of a casualty on the tracks at Hampton railway station.
“Officers responded with paramedics, however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
Evening train services around Fulwell, Shepperton and Teddington were delayed or cancelled as a result of the incident.
