MASKED ROBBERS HIT TEDDINGTON HIGH STREET
Two masked robbers raided a Teddington grocery store in the High Street in broad daylight at 5pm yesterday afternoon. (sat)
Dressed entirely in black with hoods and masks they walked casually into the Quality Grocerers Food & Wine shop opposite the King’s Head pub before dashing out with at least seven vapes.
They appeared to drop something on the pavement and stopped momentarily to pick them up before both jumping on a waiting bike and escaping up Udney Park Road with two other cyclists.
One could be seen with an adidas branded rucksack on his back.
The video footage was captured by a regular customer who happened to be in the King’s Head position pub, Teddington Town understands.
Teddington Town has requested a comment from the police.
Last Saturday masked and hooded robbers smashed and window at the Richmond jewellery shop Gregory & Co in Paved Court and stole items from the window display despite the efforts of the staff to stop them.
