HELP SAVE TRIGGER’S EYESIGHT

STATEMENT FROM PARK LANE STABLES
This is TRIGGER, our most amazing Riding for the Disabled therapy pony, who has given much happiness and healing to so many.
He’s now got a serious eye condition and is being treated for it with a serum made from his own blood.
Unfortunately it’s not working as well as we hoped and Trigger will need to have the diseased cells in his eye removed by an ophthalmic specialist.
Forty one amazingly generous people have already contributed £1276 out of the £3000 we need. Can we raise another £500 by the end of day?
Thank you to everyone who has donated and shared! We have raised an amazing £1276 so far
Trigger is doing well, he has been taken to residential camp at Pachesham with the team as leaving him at home in Teddington was not an option.
He needs his eye treatment throughout the day and night and this way he is also with his favourite humans.
If you know Trigger, then you’ll know that he’s never really warmed to other horses – so being with almost all his favourite humans is the best place to be.
He is continuing to be a total champ and not fussing when his serum is being administered.
We also love hearing from you and your well wishes and favourite Trigger memories and stories.
Thank you from everyone at Park Lane Stables for your support, it means the world to us.”
Stables supporter Cathy Cooper said: “I was sad to hear that Trigger who is possibly the best therapy horse and big personality at Park Lane Stables RDA needs an operation to save his eye.
“For a horse that has helped so many young people, it is now his turn to be helped.
“If you know the little stables in the back streets of Teddington, then please help Trigger by donating. However little, it all helps Trigger.”
