MEDICAL INCIDENT TRIGGERS MAJOR EMERGENCY VEHICLE ATTENDANCE

Several police cars, a fire engine and an ambulance converged on the Teddington roundabout near Nando’s alarming passers-by fearing a major incident.
A London Ambulance Service Spokesperson told Teddington Town: “We were called at 6:01pm 29 July to reports of a medical incident on Broad Street, Teddington, TW11.
“We sent ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and an advanced paramedic.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a local hospital as a priority”.
No other details have been made available by the emergency services.
