ROBBERY ARREST IN TWICKENHAM
Police have arrested a man following a robbery in the Kneller Gardens area of Twickenham, it was announced today.
According to the police the robbery victim also reported being assaulted by two males before personal property was stolen from him.
The police said: “Following a rapid response by officers, one suspect was located and arrested nearby.
“Property believed to belong to the victim was recovered.”
Enquiries remain ongoing to identify a second suspect and officers are continuing to review CCTV opportunities from the area.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant footage from around Kneller Gardens, Andover Road or Staines Road at approximately 3.30pm is asked to contact police quoting *CAD 4384/26SEP26*.
The incident happened on September 26.
