If you’re going through a difficult time or need somebody to talk to I offer individual and couples counselling in a comfortable and confidential environment at my private practice, located in Teddington and easily accessible from Twickenham and Hampton Hill.

My approach gives you the time and place to talk about what is important to you without judging or directing what you are saying. I offer warmth and understanding so that we can explore whatever it is that is troubling you, bringing awareness and insight into the nature of the problem.

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP),
