The Beautiful Birth Project is here to help expectant parents to feel more empowered, prepared and positive about the birth of their baby, whatever form that might take.
I run a variety of birth preparation and hypnobirthing courses in Teddington, Hampton, Richmond, Molesey and the surrounding areas designed to provide the tools and knowledge to help you go into birth feeling calm, informed and confident.
Courses are primarily held from the comfort of your own home, but can also be held on zoom or from a number of settings in Teddington.
Each will offer:
- Tools & techniques to stay calm, relaxed & in control; and to work with your body during birth
- An understanding of the mind-body connection and the physiology of birth to help reframe your thinking and build positivity
- Education on your options in and around birth, so you can make informed, empowered decisions that feel right for you
