DESCRIPTION:The Bushy Park Chestnut Sunday parade starts at 12:30pm on Ches
 tnut Avenue at Teddington Gate leading to the grass area in front of the c
 hildrens' playground where there will be:\n\n	Traditional Fairground Carou
 sel plus other rides and stalls\n	Arena displays\, showing historical mili
 tary re-enactments and riding displays\n	50s - 60s Band and a Brass Band\n
 	Historical re-enactment groups\n	Classic cars\, motorcycles and cycles\n	
 St. John Ambulance and Police information and advice\n	Displays about Bush
 y Park's wildlife and history\, Pony rides\, Tree works\, The Friends of B
 ushy and Home Parks\, The Horse Rangers Association\, National Physical L
 aboratory\, etc.\n	A number of local charities' information stands and fun
 d raising activities\n	Refreshment kiosks will be stationed at the site to
 o\n\nThe parade will feature:\n\n	Marching Band\n	Historical Re-enactors\n
 	The Horse Rangers' Band\n	Veteran and Companion Cycles\n	Classic Cars\n	M
 otorcycles and Military Vehicles\n	City of London Police Horses\n	plus man
 y more attractions.\n\nChestnut Avenue will be closed to through traffic f
 rom 12.15pm to 1.30pm on the day in order to allow the parade. The car par
 ks will also be closed to entry and exit during this period.\n\nFree car p
 arking is available with additional parking available on the grass of Lime
  Avenue. However\, this is a very popular event and we strongly recommend 
 that visitors use public transport where possible. The nearest National Ra
 il stations are Teddington (access the park via Teddington Gate) and  Ha
 mpton Court Palace (access the park via Hampton Court Gate).
