 nline course on zoom from 10am to 2pm on Saturday 22nd November and you ar
 e very warmly invited.\n\n\n\nThe course will empower attendees to know ho
 w to react in an emergency situation before professional veterinary help.\
 n\n\n\nThe tutor is from Dog First Aid\, who are a network of veterinary p
 rofessionals and trainers with a shared vision - to give everyone with a d
 og in their life the skills and confidence to be able to act in an emergen
 cy. Since 2013 thousands of people have been trained to provide the emerge
 ncy care their dogs need before getting to a vet. In many cases this has s
 aved the dog's life. The course is CPD accredited\, giving you an assuranc
 e of quality.\n\n\n\nThis half day course has been developed with members 
 of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and covers:\n\n\n* The foundat
 ions\n* What to look for in an emergency\n* How to take your dog's vitals 
 - pulse\, breathing rate\nand temperature\n* CPR\n* Seizures\n* Bleeding\n
 * Canine shock\n* Gastric dilatation volvulus\n* Burns &amp\; scalds\n* To
 xic ingestion\n* Heat stroke\n* Choking\n\n\nOn completion of the course\,
  you will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.\n\n\nDog Owners
