- Sexual harassment: You must take “all reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment of staff. This includes addressing harassment by third parties.
- Trade unions: You must inform your employees of their right to join a trade union in writing. They’ll also have more influence, including the power to access your workplace to recruit members.
