DESCRIPTION:Fundraising Quiz Night at The Elleray Centre \n\nFebruary 12\, 
 7.30 - – 10.00 pm \n\nGet ready for an evening of fun\, friendly competi
 tion\, and plenty of laughter at The Elleray Quiz Night - the first of a s
 eries of fundraising events at the new Elleray Centre in North Lane\, Tedd
 ington.\n\nThe event will be hosted by Peter Parkin\, an experienced and f
 un the well known local quiz master. There will be several rounds to test 
 your general knowledge\, including your grasp of popular culture and your 
 mastery of trivia - giving teams the perfect opportunity to revel in their
  command (or lack of it) of the who\, what\, when\, why\, and how!\n\nCome
  as a table of six or let the organisers bring you into a team on the nigh
 t.\n\nThere will be prizes\, as well as a raffle\, and and a licensed bar 
 where you can drown your sorrows or toast your successes! And it's all in 
 a great cause!\n\nAll proceeds will go to Elleray Community Association (E
 CA)\, the local charity that provides services for older people living in 
 and around Teddington. Their much valued social club is open every weekday
  and is based at The Elleray Centre. It gives members the opportunity to m
 ake and meet friends while they take part in a variety of classes and acti
 vities to keep them fit\, healthy and above all\, entertained. For many\, 
 it really is a social lifeline! All funds raised will go towards maintaini
 ng and expanding the services ECA provides both for club members and the e
 ntire local community.\n\nOrganiser Robert Dollery says. “We wanted to c
 reate a fun way for people to come together for an enjoyable event at the 
 new centre\, combining raising funds to and help make a real difference to
  the lives of so many people who live in this area. So please round up you
 r friends and come along! You will be supporting a great cause as well as 
 enjoying a great evening!”\n\nTickets at £10 per person plus a very sma
