DESCRIPTION:Come join us at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College
  for an engaging event focused on empowering men to be proactive bystande
 rs. Learn how you can make a difference and contribute to creating a safer
  environment for everyone. There will be free food and drink and an opport
 unity to network and make new peers in a safe space for men to speak freel
 y.\n\nIt Starts with Men is part of the 16 days of Activism campaign to en
 d violence against women and girls. We believe it is more important than e
 ver to ensure that male voices are heard in this campaign. In this space w
 e want to explore what it means currently to be a man. How do we think soc
 iety views men? Are we hopeful for the future generation? Are we worried? 
 What the challenges\, limitations and concerns about being a man today? Ar
 e we comfortable to call each other out on negative behaviour\, choices an
 d words?\n\nThis event welcomes men of all ages\, backgrounds and belief t
 o come together to promote inclusivity\, equality\, and positive change an
 d how you can play a positive role in preventing harm and promoting respec
