DESCRIPTION:Learn to Row with Teddington's Skiff Club \nThe Skiff Club invi
 tes you to enjoy learning to row in traditional boats from their club in T
 rowlock Way\, Teddington.\n\nSkiffs are stable\, making basic skills easy 
 to learn\, leading to good exercise and opportunities to race in local eve
 nts on the Thames under the Skiff Racing Association.\n\nRegular club acti
 vities include rowing outings throughout the week and at weekends (often i
 ncluding a pub or cafe stop) in addition to an ongoing coaching and traini
 ng program. The friendly bar is open on Thursdays for well-earned refreshm
 ent.\n\nFor the more adventurous the Skiff Club organises expeditions to o
 ther waterways in the UK and abroad. This year’s tours include 4 days on
  the River Wey\, 2 days to Chertsey and back\, skiffing at the Vogalonga f
 estival in Venice and a 3 day row upstream for Henley Regatta.\n\nBeginner
 s courses start on Saturday 3 May and will run weekly for 4 lessons. Each 
 lesson will last 1.5 hours and the whole course costs just £60. The club 
 also offers trial outings if the full beginners course doesn’t suit. Its
  a great way to enjoy the river\, learn a skill\, get some exercise and me
