 r festive fun run - ‘Mental Elf’\, taking place on Sunday 1st December
  at the beautiful Marble Hill Park in Twickenham.  Festive fancy dress is
  not essential but strongly encouraged!\n\nParticipants can choose to walk
 \, run or jog up to 5k – the event is open to all abilities and ages\; d
 ogs welcome too!  Mental Elf is a unique family friendly event that focus
 es on bringing people together\, not only to fundraise but to raise awaren
 ess of mental health and wellbeing.  It promotes the benefits of physical
  activity\, connecting with people and doing something to help others.\n\n
