The pandemic is having an adverse effect on residents across the Borough of Richmond, with many experiencing issues such as mounting debt and loss of income, while increased stress is having a big impact on mental health.
The fallout is putting support services under increasing pressure. To ensure that we can continue to serve Borough residents’ needs during this crisis, employees from four local charities – Citizens Advice Richmond, Richmond Borough Mind, Richmond AID and Ruils – are teaming up to take on a joint fundraising challenge, walking a Marathon.
It’s the first time we have joined forces to help serve the community as one. Please find more details in the press release below. I do hope you will be able to help us raise awareness. Should you require any additional information, please contact me on 07849 090 438.
