Book Launch & Literary Evening – The Park Hotel, Teddington

Join two American indie authors for an evening celebrating new UK publications at the Park Hotel in Teddington. The event features readings and appearances by Cindy Ellen Hill (Leeds Point) and Michele Mekel (Loverless Beds and Other Pleasures).

Hill presents a gothic historical novel written in sonnet verse, set in 1702 colonial New Jersey and inspired by five years of environmental and historical research. Mekel, a bioethicist and poet, explores mental health, diagnosis, and lived experience through a lyrical blend of memoir, folklore, and dark humor.

Part of a wider UK tour including London signings and a speaking engagement at the Eco-Poetics and Environmental Artivism Conference.
