Teddington is an area to the southwest of London – it’s perched on the north bank of the River Thames. At just 10 miles southwest of Charing Cross, Teddington is extremely close to central London – making it popular with those that work in the centre of the city. There are no long commute times when you live in Teddington thanks to the strong public transport infrastructure in the area. The Teddington area is largely residential – there are lots of homes and apartment blocks in the area, although there are also a number of shops and offices in the district too.
