Jackson’s has been established since 2001. We are a family owned garage and are an Authorised Ford Service Repair Agent, specialising in Service, Repairs & MOT’s.

Now established at our Waldegrave Road Garage, we feel everything is rolled into one. We have a customer reception, off street parking, a fully equipped workshop with the latest technology and fully trained Ford Staff.

As a Company we strive hard to achieve the customer service that we all like to receive. All our office staff have too completed the necessary required Ford Training, to make your transaction as smooth as possible, from the minute you arrive to the time you collect your vehicle.

We are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction – whether you run your own car or an entire fleet – and aim to offer you a truly personal service from the minute you pick up the phone.

New & Used Car Sales – We hold a selection of used stock, but can source vehicles personally tailored to your needs

Transit Specialists – We are happy to take on all types of Commercial Vehicles, not just Fords

All Makes & Models – We carry out maintenance work on all makes of vehicles and have the latest diagnostic equipment to deal with it

Parts – We have deliveries from Ford 3 times a day

Air Conditioning – All Air Conditioning work is carried out in house, using the latest Air Conditioning Systems

Body Shop Facilities – We can undertake all Insurance Bodywork. Including On Site Body Estimates

Valeting – Is all carried out on site

Tyres & Exhausts – Parts delivered 3 times a day

Welding – All welding carried out on site

Recovery – 24 Hour Breakdown Recovery Service

Vehicle Security – All vehicle security requirements undertaken

Courtesy Cars & Collect & Delivery Service – We run two Courtesy Cars which are available to our customers over the age of 25 years old, which hold a clean current Full UK / Irish License, held for a Minimum of 1 year. We can Collect & Deliver your vehicle (locally) to take away the stress of bringing your vehicle to us. This can be done by prior arrangement on the day of your booking.
