Darren Bingham DOB 04/03/1980 of no fixed abode is currently in police custody having been charged with four offences of fraud by false representation, and is due to appear at West London Magistrates Court today.
He has been served with a Community Protection Notice, which has numerous conditions, which include;
- Not to enter the London Borough of Richmond except for certain agreed appointments
- Not to knock on any door or enter any part of any residential premises not known to him within the Metropolitan District.
There are numerous other conditions in relation to begging and associated behaviours.
A criminal behaviour order is currently being applied for to mitigate the behaviour that has affected local residents.

Morning everyone. Does anyone know where i can donate some toys my sons had a clear out and asked to donate them to children who dont have a lot. I've tried a lot of places and they will only take brand new toys.

Just looking for opinions on this after our first ever customer complaint about our charges :(
I honestly do strive for 100% customer satisfaction with my work, so quite upsetting to get a complaint from a customer.
Job: Lost keys to locked UPVC double French doors.
Work completed: Non destructively pick lock to open door, and remove cylinder. Cylinder replaced for new.
Lock opening charge: £70.83 + vat
Replacement Cylinder: £34.00 + vat
Cylinder is anti-pick/drill, supplied with 5 x keys
The labour charge doesn't reflect time on site, but the job completed, requiring both knowledge and skill (as well as the usual overheads), resulting in zero damage etc in order to open the door.
Interested in peoples thoughts, as to whether you think too expensive or just right? Could have ended up with an invoice like this if they had called the wrong company!

Can anyone tell me where the mechanised Street cleaning gangs have gone. Our gutters and pavements in Whitton are covered in wet leaves which are quite slippery and will e even more dangerous if we have a frost

I had a smart meter installation appointment that, I cancelled as Martin Lewis said, in his last TV show, that these meters break and many broken ones are not yet repaired. He is campaigning for broken smart meters to be repaired first before new ones are installed and I agree, so I'm not having one put in as yet.
