Teddington stations Alan wins national award
Anyone who recognises the phrase “that will be seven million pounds please” will be familiar with singularly unique and friendly customer service style of Alan Hopgood.
Alan has served customers with a smile at Teddington Station since 1982. He was nominated for and won the South West Trains award beating 10 other nominees. Not long afterwards he also managed to win the coveted National Railstaff Award.
