Starbucks CCTV appeal
Police are appealing for the man captured on CCTV at Teddington Starbucks on Friday 12th March at 5:18pm to contact them.
There are no specific details but Police wish to speak to this man in connection with an ‘unspecified incident’ that occurred as he sat in the cafe.
He is described as slim with a gaunt face with stubble, walking with a limp and wearing a leather jacket.
