Beautiful Pony Spreads Joy Around Teddington
Whizz is a Welsh mountain pony and has been trotting around (at a safe distance) to visit self-isolators.
The staff at Park Lane Stables started the “small pony at your window” service to not only spread some happiness but to give Whizz something to do during lock down.
Whizz has made a special appearance to a little girl for her birthday and to a 19-year-old girl who has cerebral palsy.
The visits are done safely, only going to windows and keeping at a 2 metres radius.
People in Teddington have expressed how wonderful it is and how it makes the day feel special to them.
