Based in Teddington, Sara is enthused about helping women achieve all their individual fitness goals. She feels women are always multitasking and juggling millions of things, but never seem to find the time to themselves. This fitness program is to encourage them to achieve their own goals and get over that first hurdle into fitness. This will encourage women to put themselves first.
Not only has Sara finished 2 ironman competitions and 9 marathons but she has also coached women running, triathlon and cycling in New York.
Her virtual programs are packed with nutrition and fitness that range in difficulty.
The Sol Movement is launching a new running course for the autumn, starting on the 5th October and ‘fit for Christmas’ class will lead up to the New Year.
