TeddingtonTown.co.uk Harlequins Game Ticket Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The TeddingtonTown.co.uk Harlequins Game Ticket Giveaway (the “Competition”) is open to individuals who are residents of Teddington (TW11), aged 18 years or older, and who are followers of TeddingtonTown.co.uk  or have been tagged on social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
2. Entry Period:
   • The Competition will begin on 11/09/23 and end on 14th Sept 2023 at 6pm. All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
   • To enter the Competition, participants must:
     • Be a follower of TeddingtonTown.co.uk on the specified social media platforms.
     • Like and share the Competition post on Instagram and Facebook.
     • Tag a friend in the comments of the Competition post.
4. Prize:
   • The prize consists of four (4) tickets to the Harlequins Game scheduled for Saturday, September 16, 2023, at The Stoop, Twickenham.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered within 2hrs after the end of the Entry Period.
6. Claiming the Prize:
   • The winner must respond to the notification within 5hrs, providing their contact details for prize delivery.
   • Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity:
   • By participating in the Competition, participants grant TeddingtonTown.co.uk the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. Privacy:
   • Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. General Conditions:
   • TeddingtonTown.co.uk reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time for any reason.
   • TeddingtonTown.co.uk’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability:
    • By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless TeddingtonTown.co.uk, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of the prize.
11. Governing Law:
    • The Competition and these T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdon.
