BURLESQUE SURPRISE AT TEDDINGTON WINE-TASTING
Guests attending the recent wine-tasting event at Teddington’s Landmark Arts Centre had a big surprise when a West End Burlesque performer took to the stage.
She was Velvet Jones, who is described on her website as “a bump N Grind Powerhouse who has captivated audiences with her unique mix of angelic beauty and seductive indulgence. She has brought her High Class, High sass awesomeness to stages nationally and internationally.”
One local guest told Teddington Town: “It was the most bizarre thing I’ve seen in ages. We were all too gobsmacked to take any photos.”
The sell-out event was organised in collaboration of the Landmark and top wine expert and raconteur Peter Lunzer with an opportunity to explore red and white wines from all over the world as a carefully chosen menu with a promise of an appearance by a West End star.
