HAPPY LIFTMAS
The steel tower frames which will house the new lifts to make access easier at Teddington Station are taking shape.
The two frames alongside Station Road and Victoria Road can be seen clearly and the £3.6m project should by completed by Spring 2024.
The two lifts will make it much easier for disabled and older people to cross the bridge rather than negotiate the 52 step footbridge and take the 20 minute walk diversion.
